The storefront photo below is of the original (since 1998) DAD'S C.A.T.S. store which was located on main street in Downtown Hendersonville. It was founded by Dean & Deana McWilliams (hence DaD's)
Dean, the founder of DAD'S C.A.T.S., is a retired engineer of earthmoving equipment with 35 years of design experience. For over 15 years he has sold quality construction models, and his knowledge and experience were evident in the caliber of his offerings. Today you may still find some of his collections in our store including - airplanes, autos, banks, cranes, earthmovers, tractors, emergency vehicles, trucks and railroad accessories in 1:8 to 1:160 scale from famous licensees such as Coca-Cola, Caterpillar, John Deere, Harley-Davidson, Texaco and Mack, just to name a few. Other Quality manufacturers represented include Franklin Mint, A. Smith, Corgi, Matchbox, Ertl, Classic Construction, NZG, Conrad, and more. Plus we have an interesting selection of Breyer horses and accessories, and many recently acquired estate collectibles as well.
 Mark Ray, Owner Dean and Deanna's Collectible and Toy Store is now owned by Mark Ray. Dad’s Collectibles continues the tradition of specializing in Quality Collectible Scale Models and also deals in many limited, serial numbered, hard to find items.
